Magnesium Oil Spray

This herbal magnesium spray was crafted for deep sleep, sore muscles, achy joints, growth pains, menstrual cramps or individuals low in magnesium. This magnesium is infused with dried Lavender buds, and provides a gentle calming scent.

FOR RESTFUL SLEEP

Use 5-10 sprays at nightime on stomach, legs, arms or bottoms of feet. If you are new to topical magnesium, start off slowly. You may experience a tingly, itchy sensation at first. 

FOR JOINTS & MUSCLES

Spray anywhere as needed, and lightly massage into skin. You can also use a few drops of oil or salve with your magnesium spray for lymphatic massages.
